A digital preview for Stroller Society Co., by Sea Grape Labs

You built an impressive community. Imagine the digital side built the same way.

Stroller Society Co. gets families out of the house, moving and connected, twice a week and growing. Today that runs on Google Forms, a separate events page and WhatsApp. This preview shows it all in one place: a website worthy of the community, a two-minute waiver, events that fill themselves, and a dashboard that handles the admin.

Everything runs in your browser. Families and registrations are fictional sample data. Nothing is live, nothing is sent or charged, and nothing about Stroller Society Co.’s current website, forms or accounts has been changed.

Three guided scenarios, about a minute each.

Pick one and a small guide walks through the pages, pointing at the control to use and showing what changes on the other side.

A

A new family joins

Homepage to waiver to the owner’s check-in list, without a Google Form or spreadsheet in sight.

B

An event fills up

Join a waitlist, cancel a family from the dashboard, and watch the spot go to the next family automatically.

C

Send a community update

Write it once, choose who gets it, and see it land in every family’s portal.

You run Stroller Society Co. I’ll handle the digital side.

You don’t need to become a web developer, SEO expert, AI expert or software developer. You already have a business to run.
You tell me how Stroller Society Co. works. I build the technology around it.Discovery first. Decisions about what to connect or replace come after we understand your workflow, not before.
Easier to discover, easier to understand.Visibility means making Stroller Society Co.’s strolls, events and community easier for local families to discover and understand. No promises about rankings or AI recommendations, just a site that explains it well.

Built around how you run it

  • Weekly strolls stay free with no RSVP. Only bookable events use registration.
  • WhatsApp can stay the place for chat. Updates can still go out there.
  • Where something works, we leave it alone. Where it is repetitive, we automate it.

What a real build adds

  • Private sign-in for each family, and secure storage of signed waivers.
  • Real confirmations, reminders and checkout for ticketed events.
  • Your real events, partners and community data, moved over from Google Forms.

What works in this preview, and what is simulated.

Works right now

  • Join + waiver: three steps with validation, their full waiver text, scroll-to-read, typed and drawn signature, a signed copy, and the family appears in the dashboard and on the check-in list.
  • Events: list and calendar views, filters, details with flyers, registration with adult and child counts, live capacity, sibling pricing, waitlist with position, confirmation, add to calendar, save.
  • Member portal: next booking, cancel (the waitlist moves up automatically), saved events, history, announcements, editable family profile.
  • Owner dashboard: attention list with working actions, phone-friendly check-in with sign-on-the-spot waivers, walk-up families, event management (cancel, promote, capacity, CSV), new events, family directory, waiver reminders, announcements with audiences, partners and reports.
  • Reset demo in the top bar restores the original sample data.

Simulated for the demo

  • No emails, texts or WhatsApp messages are sent. No payments are collected. Nothing is uploaded.
  • The portal and dashboard open without a login. Browser storage here is a demo convenience, not security.
  • All families, registrations, counts and reports are fictional sample data.
  • Stroll + Strength days and times are a sample schedule. Events marked Sample are ideas for the demo; Stroll + Slice and Spooky Little Social are their real October events.
  • Membership is a concept, not a current offering.

What do you use to run Stroller Society Co. behind the scenes?

Optional, and not a test. This is how I learn how you work so the technology fits you, not the other way around.
